I'm satisfied, it does the job pretty well. The chair was easy to assemble and included all screws needed (incl. hex key). It's got solid build quality, can tilt backward, lock in upright position and is height adjustable. It's got satisfactory back support. The seat rests on top of the gas piston so if you pick up the chair for whatever reason, it comes apart from the base. The wheels also don't swivel very well if you're seated. Some wheels will get stuck, almost like an uncooperative shopp...

I ordered a chair and it arrived with no wheels, screws nor a manual to build, for crying out loud. This is absolutely disgusting service Makro! I have been waiting for over a month for the return and refund to be processed. Do I need to pursue legal action.
