After just over a year of use the legs of the plastic base broke at the wheels, very poor quality plastic base, the height adjustment also stopped working after a few months....

Very comfortable chair, I am a little short so I need to move back quite a lot, other than that it's perfect.

Bought this chair 2 weeks ago and its totally messed up my back. Would not recommend this at all. I had no previous back problems but have had to go for treatment since. Took me a while to realise it was the chair, back rest is arched and not suitable for support.
