STEAM Promotion Terms and Conditions

Definitions

“Participant” means any natural person who purchases a R1’000,00 STEAM Voucher during the promotional period.

Promoter Details

The promoter is Stellr South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

The Promotion

• 1. A Customer may receive a free game worth R600,00 (Six Hundred Rand) (“Free Game”) when purchasing a

R1’000,00 STEAM Voucher.

• 1. Free Game codes are issued on a ‘first come, first serve basis’.
  2. Offer valid only whilst stocks of the Free Game last.

Eligibility

This STEAM Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all South African residents aged 18 years and older who are in possession of a valid South African identity document.

Promotion Period

• 1. The Promotion starts on 15 November 2025 and will continue to run as long as stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).

Entry Mechanics

In order to receive a Free Game, participants must:

• 1. Purchase a R1’000.00 STEAM voucher at any participating GAME or MAKRO store.
  2. Scan the QR Code provided on the STEAM Voucher, and follow the prompts. Participants will need to upload a photograph of the till slip and the back of the STEAM Card purchased.
  3. Once the purchase is verified, and provided there are still Free Game digital codes available, the Free Game digital code will be sent to the Participant on the details provided by the Participant.

General

• 1. Participants may receive multiple Free Game codes, provided each Free Game corresponds to a separate R1’000,00

STEAM Voucher purchase.

• 1. Any suspected fraudulent activity, such as code manipulation, will lead to no Free Game being delivered and may result in legal action.
  2. The Free Game codes delivered in this Promotion are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit under any circumstances. The Promoter will not provide any alternative compensation, cash equivalent, or substitute for the Free Game codes should the participant decline or be unable to accept the Free Game code for any reason. Participants must accept the Free Game code "as is," and no requests for variations, substitutions, or cash payouts will be considered.
  3. All Free Game codes are valid for a 3 year period, therefore all Free Game codes issued and not redeemed within 3 years of the date of issue shall be forfeited.

Liability

The Promoter, its agents, and suppliers will not be held liable for:

• Technical failures, such as website downtime or cyberattacks, affecting receipt or redemption of the Free Game.
• Loss, damage, or delays affecting Free Game code delivery.
• Unused portions of the Free Game, which will be deemed waived by the participant.
• Events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, that may affect the Promotion.

Data Privacy

By participating, participants consent to the processing of their personal information for Promotion purposes. Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for reporting, compliance, or legal purposes and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Further processing will require explicit participant consent.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in accordance with South African law, with the arbitration decision being final and

binding on all parties.

Amendments and Termination

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion with 7 days’ notice in cases of unforeseen circumstances. Participants agree to waive any claims against the Promoter in such instances.

Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter, not to any social media channel. The Promoter is not liable for data breaches or technical issues on these platforms.

General

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
