    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    The promoters to this promotion are Vinimark Trading (Pty) Ltd (registration number: 1G87 000032 07), a private company incorporated according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa, having its registered address at 5 Herold Street, Stellenbosch, 7600.

    All persons ("the entrants") entering the Porcupine Ridge Your Adventure Awaits campaign ("the promotion") agree that the promotion rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them. This campaign is running in selected stores in South Africa only.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE

    1. These terms and conditions and promotion rules contain certain terms and conditions which appear in similar text style to this clause and which:

      1. may limit the risk or liability of the promoter (Vinimark Trading PTY LTD) or a third party; and/or
      2. may create risk or liability for the entrant; and/or
      3. may compel the entrant to indemnify the promoter or a third party; and/or serves as an acknowledgement, by the entrant, of a fact.
      4. the entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual.

    The entrant's attention is drawn to these terms and conditions because they are important and should be carefully noted.

    Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit, or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the entrant or the promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("the CPA").

    The entrant acknowledges that by submitting his or her entry to the promotion, he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these terms and conditions before entering, and he/she understands and agrees to the terms and conditions as well as to being contacted by the promoter.

    All entrants to this promotion participate entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these terms and conditions, the entrant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the promoter, their directors, employees, and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries, and losses are sustained as a result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of any indemnified party.

    RULES OF THE COMPETITION

    1. Who May Enter:

      1. Entry into this competition is open to customers who are above the age of 18 years and in possession of a valid South African identity document or passport with a valid temporary or permanent residence permit for South Africa. Any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter, is not eligible to participate in this competition.

      2. The Prize will only be awarded:

        1. to a natural person and will not be awarded to any legal entity. Where a winner is not a South African citizen, a valid passport and temporary or permanent residence permit must be presented in order to be awarded the Prize;
        2. if it is not unlawful to supply the Prize to a person in terms of any legislation or public regulation and the Promoters reserve the right to require proof that it will not be unlawful to supply a Prize (for example to request the winner of a TV to provide his/her valid, fully paid-up TV license to the Promoters before they can hand over the prize).

    2. Agreement and amendments to these terms and conditions

      1. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or terminate this Competition and any Prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters reasonably deem necessary.
      2. The Promoters reserve the right to extend the duration of the Competition period in the event that the Promoters have not received the minimum number of qualifying entries for the Competition period.

    3. Prize/s

      1. You agree and understand that you stand a chance to win one of three prizes:

      2. 1st Prize: Camp Master Trailer (valued at R21 GGG) – one national winner

      3. 2nd Prize: Camp Master 75L Fridge Freezer (valued at R10 GGG) – one national winner

      4. 3rd Prize: Foldable Camping Wagon (valued at R2200) – one national winner

      5. There is no guarantee that you will receive a Prize when entering this Competition.

      6. The Prize shall be distributed to the winner with a valid and verified entry on the microsite. The Promoters reserve the right to amend this qualification at their sole and absolute discretion.
      7. The Prize is not transferable by the winner and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item.
      8. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with any other Prize/s of comparable commercial value.
      9. Although the Promoters have taken care to make sure that the Prizes are of a good quality, subject to the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), the Promoters do not give any warranties about the Prizes and by participating in this Competition you agree to accept the Prize “as is”. Subject to applicable law, you also indemnify the Promoters against any damages that anyone may suffer as a result of the use of the Prize or participation in this Competition, including consequential and economic loss.
      10. The Prize does not include any other costs or expenses relating to the Prize or the enjoyment of the Prize not expressly specified in these Rules.
      11. To the extent that any taxes, duties, levies or other charges may be levied on a Prize by the government or any other competent government or regulatory body, the winner will be liable therefor, and the Promoters will not increase the value of the Prize to compensate for such charges.

    4. The competition mechanic is as per below:

      1. Purchase any participating Porcupine Ridge wine and stand a chance to win one of three prizes.

    The customer must upload their till slip on the microsite and complete the entry form. The ǪR code to the microsite is provided on the neck tag.

      • Porcupine Ridge Merlot
      • Porcupine Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon
      • Porcupine Ridge Syrah
      • Porcupine Ridge Rosé
      • Porcupine Ridge Sauvignon Blanc
      • Porcupine Ridge Chenin Blanc
      • Porcupine Ridge Chardonnay

    2. Competition dates & Winner/s

      1. The competition runs from 27 February to 15 April 2026 and is valid for South African stores only.
      2. Winning customers will be contacted to arrange for prize hand over.
      3. The prize needs to be redeemed within the same month of purchase made.
      4. Prize is not transferable.
      5. Winners must be 18 years and older to enter.
      6. In order to be eligible to win a Prize, you must not have issued dishonoured cheques, and payment must have been processed for the Participating Products. You must not have committed any act of fraud or other criminal act against the Promoters.
      7. The results containing the winner’s name and town/city may be published on the Promoters’ website and other media. The winner will be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of Prize. The winner may also be requested to be photographed and/or identified in any media, which is inclusive of but not limited to television, radio print publications and online sites in which the Competition receives exposure and for future marketing initiatives with the understanding that the winner may decline such an invitation.
      8. The winner will forfeit their Prize in the event that they fail to comply with the Promoters’ requirements within the time period provided by the Promoters in order for the Promoters to process the Prize.

    3. Redemption of the Prize

      1. The prize will be sent to the winner’s address, unless the winner and promoter has agreed to meet at the store where the wine was purchased from.
      2. The Promoters accept no liability for any further and or additional costs and/or expenses in relation to delivery of the Prize, and the winner indemnifies the Promoters, its directors, employees, shareholders and agents against any claim of whatsoever nature howsoever arising.

    GENERAL

    By entering the promotion in accordance with its terms, you are entering a promotion for the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”) and the promotion will be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the CPA.
