Once I watched a video on how to use the curler it went much easier

Inlove with this curler, it is quick and easy to use!!

The curls doesn’t stay long on my hair maybe just for an hour and then flattens again unfortunately

The curler is disappointing for long hair. It struggles to hold curls, leaving hair flat and lifeless within hours. The barrel size and heat settings seem inadequate for longer lengths. Not recommended for those with long hair seeking lasting curls. Save your money and look for better options.
