My new best friend, a great product, used daily, works perfectly, love the different profiles and variety of drinks provided. My first machine and no regrets. Would highly recommend this product.

Great selection of choices to choose from. Selection is easy, and personalised with the option of users. We now only use the 5400, no need even for a kettle anymore. Quickly kick start you morning with Strong Coffee or Americano, end the day with a cappuccino, what ever you feel like, it is there with a simple selection

Components fitted to the machine not fit for purpose. O-rings used don't perform to expectation. Two machine purchase together have the same failure of thr O-rings. Philips should take ownership and replace these with a beter type more suitable for the application. This is a great machine however this small component renders it less desirable.

Excellent quality, tasty coffee, easy to use and coffee options are great.

I've had the machine for a few weeks and it's been extremely consistent and so easy to use. Even my mom has had a go with it and has had no trouble with the functionality! The espresso making is really consistent and I'm impressed at how close it is to a cafe quality drink. Highly recommend for those looking for a better and more consistent cup at home :)

It is absolutely easy to clean, especially the milk container (no tubes or pipes where the milk can get mouldy.
