The shaver gives a very smooth shave, and the battery life is great. I love the fast charge feature. Well designed hand fit and easy the clean.

Been using Philips shavers for a long time. Upgraded to the 5000 series in December 2023. Product works perfectly. Only issue is that the shaver is not charging. Now Philips is pulling out all the tricks not to fix the shaver or replace it. Disappointing.

I have always used the 3000 type shavers and found them perfect. Only problem was that replacement blades are very expensive. Often just bought a new shaver for about the same price as the shaver._x000D_

So, I thought I would upgrade a bit. The 5000 shaves well, but whereas on the older 3000 Wet and Dry the blades are very close to the edge, on the 5000 they are further inset into the head. The gap between the edge of the head and the edge of the blade makes it less precise, especiall...

This is my 4th Phillips shaver in about 40 years. I never had any other brand over this period. The new model is gentle on the skin, but the old model gave a shorter shave in less time. This is most likely related to the blade design. The new swivel head is an improvement. Unfortunately the charge is lasting only 2 weeks, which is also a step backwards.

I use to have a Phillips shaver that lasted me 13 years. This new shaver give a smooth shave, every time. Long lasting battery and durable. The pop up clipper are handy and the clipper attachment is a bonus. The charging stand is convenient. Hard self traveling bag to protect your shaver when traveling. Definitely worth the money.

It is not pulling hair. It is great in holding charge. _x000D_
However, the cut is not very clean for my hard beard.

I think the head is just to big, the rotating blades could be closer tp each other
