I especially love the milk system because it’s external and doesn’t have all the pipes that need cleaning

I am very disappointed. Bought machine and it was leaking water, after 4 months the latte only worked 2 out of the 5 times - NO milk or water coming out. Took the machine back to shop just to be told it will be going to a company (not Philips agent) to be fixed. Been 17 days and still waiting, now they need to replace parts. Not happy at all. How long will this coffee maker last?

My family and I are absolutely obsessed with this machine! It has a great variety of coffee options, is easy to clean and looks gorgeous in my living room. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it for the entire family.
