I love the coffee when all works well. I maintain my machine and have an aqua filter installed. I do coffee oil remover, deep clean milk system etc. My frother started sputtering and I sent it in to be looked at. Verdict was; nothing wrong, it worked well for a day and then started again. Went through the checklist; enough milk, refrigerated milk. Milk system is clean. Would make beautiful froth for a cup or two and then sputter. Checked that all components fit well, still sputtering! Great machine, absolutely beastlike, no complaints except for the monopoly on Aquaclean filters! Only available on one website in the whole SA (Yuppiechef) currently for more than three times what was being charged last year (R450 a filter!!). Not cool. Great machine, although things like this leave a sour taste in my mouse after buying this machine for thousands of rands.
