I bought this TV 6 months ago and the picture quality and sound it's brilliant

I bought my tv 3 days ago and so far I am loving it. The tv itself is really easy to setup and use. It is user friendly. The quality is quite great, the unit is very lightweight and good sound. The only thing is I can complain about is the delivery. The courier services states that the tv was delivered while it was not. I had to make arrangements to go to the store to collect myself and no one bothered to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Perfect except for edge LED backlight. Edge panel backlight should be banned.

Bought it like 7days ago and had to check into the inernet for few staff like Bluetooth connection .secondly about the audio ouput it only gives digital audio autput port which is a problem in many electronics as they come with stereo "jack pin .." the one it has is different

This Smart TV is great value for the features you get. I use it in the workshop, can easily stream Youtube videos while working. Worth it.

You don't pay the extra fee for Samsung Smart TV and expect that there is no Bluetooth how is that Smart? Overall the TV does not give me issues. It is the small details that are missing. I like the design of this TV better than the previous 32 inch. The TV does on occasion give issues with the wifi connection. The mount I have which does cater for the size of TV does not work. Apparently it is a different screw that is needed.

Lacking Blue tooth sound output And can’t get sound out of optical digital out let and wall mounting holes are opposite to other tv makes

Bought the TV last year, worked great up until about 3 weeks ago. Initially thought it was my internet, but all other devices connected to the internet are working. It now continually drops connection, freezes and won't connect. Been on the Samsung pages for help and turns out there are hundreds of people with the same connectivity issues (all complaining that Samsung is unhelpful). Waste of money. Would give this 0 stars if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
