The keypad of the machine was not covered therefore there were scratches and that was not very nice for a new appliance.

Really good machine and really pretty too. So much better than my previous front loader.
I love all the different settings, still learning what they are all for but does n awesome job for a full household. There is not a day that goes by that i font have to do washing and it is keeping up with my demand.

I am extremely happy with this product. Won't trade Samsung for any other brand. I still have my older one which I purchased 11 years ago and it still works.

I bought this a couple months ago and I'm very satisfied with the overall functions of the machine and its easy to navigate the settings. It handles very large loads like a dream. The only disappointment is that it scratches super easily on the function panel, which does not come covered with plastic and was slightly scratched upon arrival So I have stuck the plastic from the lid accross the panel so prevent scratching

This machine will give you headaches to be honest. It always has an error message. It’s been 7 months now since l bought it and honestly speaking it’s the only machine l regret buying of the 2 l have bought so far.

Im very happy with the machine and makro delivery was exceptional! The machine wash very quiet and does not take too long. I would recommend this buy as its nice and big. I can now wash my duvet inners üòä Im still to use the speed functions but sure i will get there.
