Poo hose pipe quality that does not work
The hose feeding the water from the tap to the machine is very poor quality and I had to buy a hose for the machine. I complained to Makro regarding the issue and I received but only an apology. I bought the product from Makro and not the supplier so why pass

Worth every cent!
Best washing machine we've ever bought. Initially a bit skeptical due to it being fairly new. But machine is not only beautiful but works like a dream. No issues with unbalanced spinning like we've had so many times before. You can hardly hear it. I am definitely now a Samsung fan.

Bad Machine Overall
The machine I bought it from the Sandton branch in August, from the first wash it left cotton reduce(fluff) on my clothes and still does even after I have cleaned the machine. It stretched our t-shirts and makes the clothes look and feel bigger because of the spinning. I am thinking of trading in this machine because its ruining our clothes.

Soft and smooth
Really a great machine! Looks good and really user friendly! With Loadshedding it remembered where it was in the cycle! And continues from there! It is very soft and smooth running. Didn't even realize that it was washing sometimes. Would recommend for any small household.
