Happy with my purchase. Easy to install and set up. Very light weight and nice silent washes you even forget the machine is on. I only wish it had the option of spin only cycle. Once an error comes up example is the water issues... The machine doesn't have a pause option so you can continue later. It has an annoying beep that you can only switch the machine off... And restart your wash once that water is back

My first wash with the Samsung 13 kg top loader machine was awesome. Had no trouble connecting it. it was effortless and very efficient. The clothes came out very clean. No noises whatsoever. I Think I made the best purchase. IT complements my dream house color scheme, lols.

I bought this product is Dec, its the worst washing machine ever. The washing stinks like mould after it's dried. The washing had mor fluff on it snd its black. I am very unhappy with this washing machine
