My 19kg top loader Model: WA19T6260BV, having problem. Of turbo clean, it stop at water level 3 and start beeping

Super quiet, a little slower to weigh the load and get started compare to my old Samsung, but clothes smell amazing, less creased and no fluff. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed. Firstly, it is smaller than a 17Kg LG, Very hard to navigate takes longer to start washing as for 4c error, it fastrates me even more, taking the whole day and night to finish washing. I regret my decision to purchase this pathetic thing 😒. Is it possible to return or exchange?

Wash clean, enough programmes to choose from.I bought the exact machine 6months ago, happy with it and bought a 2nd machine for my Guesthouse.

I love the size and color. Had to figure out the settings but it's a great product and I saved R3000. Only challenge is i dont have a smart pjone so I cant link it on my phone
