I’m not happy with the machine. It keeps showing an error when i do my laundry, it doesn’t really make my clothes clean. Is there a recommendation on how to use the machine without this errors? I trusted Samsung ice been using it for years but this instead of an upgrade feels more like an expensive downgrade!

I am not impressed, drum turn power is weak for washing and clothes come out with stains still. I used all the Auto washing powders, liquids and capsules to no avail. Disappointed with this buy.

I have the problem with my wasuing nachine because it dies not fill water. Please guide me as what ti do because i have installed the water pipe well
