Bad purchase
I purchased the product in April 2023, and within a month it stopped working. A replacement was provided, and the second time I used the microwave the glass turntable cracked through the middle so I now need to buy a replacement turntable. Not happy!

Beautiful but problematic.
I bought this Model a Game 2018 October, it hardly lasted 2 months in use, December same year, I had to take it in for Power failure. I got it back March 2019 and it worked well till last week (September 2021) and boom again faulty. It's a concern to me that it looks like it can't go 5 years straight without having problems.

Dont touch this product
Touch panel needs to be replaced a month after the guarantee expires. Seems to be a problem with this model. highly disappointed in SAMSUNG. And no one stocks the part so one has to replace the entire unit. waste of money, buy something else is my advice on this product.
