We bought this to last at least 10years. It did not make it to it's 3rd birthday. Does not heat the food anymore, eventhough the light is on and turning. Cost of repairs are about R2 500 (booking it in, cost of part and labour). We might just as well buy a new microwave (but never again a Samsung).

It is working 100% üí™ .. We have tested it with different ingredients...results arecare jusyt outstanding.

A really good product. Compact, yet very powerful, and it looks great - good design for a modern kitchen. Compared to an older microwave oven that this replaced, its very powerful. Some other reviews claimed the light is too dim and the buttons are too hard to press. I did not find this at all. The only reason I cannot give it 5 starts is because the auto and sensor cook functions are not intuitive and are fiddly to use. Having to look thing up (like food types and weights) in tables in order...

the MWO works.. however, the turning plate wobbles when turning..

I've had this microwave for 2 years now, it's a great design, easy to use and understandable interface. Good value for money and matches other kitchen appliances perfectly.

its a good microwave and does what it is supposed to. Doesn't heat food unevenly when defrosting and has a few nice features.

Just don't think 32l is any bigger than 28l, it has a couple of extra cavities on the inside but it has the same dimensions as a 28l.
