I bought my new microwave about three weeks ago after my old one eventually gave up the ghost. I was a little worried about having to read the manual every time I wanted to do something, but that wasn't the case. Very intuitive and easy to use.

Not recommend
I bought this product working fine the first 3 months after that biggest mistake now cant do nothing with it it keeps on turning even if i press cancel as soon as you close the door it start to turn won't stop i will never buy any products from Samsung again

It looks great but now it's dead
I bought this microwave and now it is dead and it's mechanical fault not my fault. I just want to know about this 10 year warranty how doea it work because the shop " House and Home" doesn't want to do anything about the microwave.
