Initially bought a display model, that display model lasted about a year but didn't qualify for a warranty. As such, bought a brand new one again, this time with warranty, and just after a year it kicked the bucket. Didn't switch on. Saw a friend using it, and he indicated that even his, kicked the backet and had to be sent back._x000D_

In as much as one would like the design, and value for money. The durability is questionable and as such, its best to get extended warranty on this one.

It wasn’t working, took it back, came back unfixed

The door is not really aligned anymore after 1 year. However this may have been damage from cleaning it. It works like an absolute bomb though

Easy to use, variety functions and uses. Love the grill function and pre programmed cooking functions. Definite must have!!!

I bought this microwave last year 16/05/2021. It has been working well until yesterday 15/04/2022. The start button doesn’t work. I used a Russell Hobbs Microwave prior for 11 years before I had to change it.

I sometimes have to choose between the looks and the functions of a product but not with this microwave. It gets the job done fast hence saving on energy. Energy saving mode is also awesome. Its also easy and friendly to use. I totally enjoy the large amount of space in it
