For this to work your container should be cold and water war as per the manual....but it worked fine in my previous non samsung microwave...

Bought the microwave in 2011 worked well and good fair used by family of 2.In 2015 in started to indicate an error on display then it stopped working with the error sign on.

I recently bought this microwave it is ginormous, sleek and the features are pretty good!

I have had this microwave for 11 years. Absolutely perfect until finally not working. That is not what I have the concern about - within 3 months the ceramic was peeling off. Now it could be the turntable, but now it is on multiple sides. Admittedly I do live in Durban with humidity, but those sections have rusted. My friends do not have the same problem with the 'silver' lining. My microwave is also used underused.

Unit works great, very happy. It seems to be noisier than the old one. The cover rattles during operation. When the cover is pressed down the noise reduces.
Delivery was done swiftly and efficiently. Overall, I enjoyed a good shopping experience and can recommend it.
