Samsung is the best product on the market I swear. My new washing machine does wonders and washes the clothes thouroughly. I am gkad i switched to Samsung. The machine is the best and does not make noise when using it . I am able to do my laundry and attend meeting at the same time without any noise coming from it. I bought this a year ago and it works efficiently with low current and low water volume. It terms of space consumption, this fits perfectly under your kitchen cabinets. I just wished it can be connected to SmartThings.

This machine is a nightmare. It doesn’t clean clothes and it has ruin all my kids clothes. It’s even a new machine, spoke to the technical team thousand times before they eventually sent an engineer who said no part is faulty so he doesn’t know why its not cleaning the clothes. Hopefully they change it for me. They haven’t been helpful at all. _x000D_
