Really poor quality
Stopped working after 16 months. Started making wierd noises after few months but thought it was fine.

Not so great machine
I bought this washing machine a few months ago the first one made a huge noise during the wash cycle and had to be replaced I can't say that I am happy with the noise level on the replacement either. Prior to this I had a Samsung washing machine for approximately 10 years and what an amazing maching it was. Quiet machine and delicates and hand wash had 2 separate cycles unlike this new machine.

Awful organization
Samsung delivery system is awful never order Samsung online .I have ordered on 16th March and they couldn't delivered my order and finally Samsung refund money.Unfortunately Samsung unable to organize a simple delivery, never try it.
