Ease of use and total versatility i how I would describe this washing machine. Uses lower temperatures to wash clothes and bedding efficiently

If one criticism is that the remote action switches off after 24 hours which does not allow me to switch it on the next day if I’m travelling. I’d prefer 5 days._x000D_

Overall worth the money.

I bought this washing machine 2 months ago. We been using it twice a week. Here is what I found for this machine.
Pro
- The running noise is very quiet compare with top load washing machine.
- It got 15 mins quick wash for small amount of wash.
- Plenty of pre-set washing setting for you to choose.
- I got Samsung mobile. So, I can monitor and get notification of washing.

Corn:
- Once it loaded, you can't open and put more cloths in.
- You cannot save customized setting.

An efficient, effective, and excellent washing machine. All the features you would expect and excellent value for money. The add wash door on the main door is an innovative idea.

Good machine washes very well. Alerts, child lock,has an APP, clean whites colours etc, drum cleanüëå Tip after drum clean, Wipe in amongst the rubber around the Add-wash door, alot gets caught. I leave it open to get an air out (I don't know too help it air I guessüòÅ). _x000D_

Really disappointed with the washing machine. Baby socks and various other bit of clothing end up getting trapped in the inside of the door where the water exits. As a result, the clothes that end up getting trapped are ending up filthy._x000D_

Also, you can’t set the timer for when you want the washing machine to actually start. You can set it for when you want it to finish, which means for example that if you want it to finish for 3 o’clock in t...

Used a couple of times great results with wash , but be careful although its an 8.5kg machine only a few of programs that let you use 8.5kg and they are very long washes.Would have given 5 stars but I feel this lets it down. One other thing it needs a hot and cold water inlet unlike the pictures you see online with just cold inlet .As I purchased it from an online outlet I was not aware of this may have looked at another model.

Early days but seems a great upgrade to our previous Samsung which lasted 10 years+. Huge number of washing cycles and very quiet on final spin!

I've only done 3 washes, the last one being a pair of work shorts that was literally caked in tile adhesive. Put on a 90 degree wash that was set to finish in 2hrs 17 mins but got bored after 30 mins and reset to drain and spin. They came out spotless!!!...i think the material had a part to play but really pleased. Sleek looking machine, quiet spin cycle, very impressed. Tumble dryer next I think.
