Great washing machine
Love Samsung products they last forever and never breaking down, it’s worth to spend more money on Samsung products because they are the best on the market, already have Samsung washing machine and fridge freezer and now I’m saving money for the rest of appliances

Did not last one year!
The rubber seal split and is not covered even under a one year manufacturer guarantee. Also not so simple to change the rubber seal as the whole washing machine needs to be dissembled including the drum! the smart features are not great not worth the money

Looks Great and works like a dream
This is probably the best washing machine I have ever bought. Looks great, has a host of programmes to suit all conditions and, most important of all, washes my clothes' perfectly. It's quiet and with an 8Kg load can manage anything I need. The add wash feature is really useful, who doesn't find a dropped sock or two after starting the wash! Overall a great buy very happy.

PERFECT. worth the extra dosh to have a nice unit
Absolutely adore this machine. Slightly bigger drum than normal, the handy features, linking to my phone so I can see how long left and set up favourite washes etc. when I moved into my own place I wanted to buy my own white goods and wanted to buy nice ones so I didn’t mind spending a bit more. Worth every flipping penny even tells me when to run the drum cleaning cycle every so often
