After about 6 months of use it stopped draining, was coated in a black film and took about 3 weeks for samsung to accept it wasn’t mould and replace it. Not a long-lasting machine

Great machine, loads of programs to choose from. Only problem was setting up AI which seemed complicated but may have been just me!

I love the washing machine; it is quiet, and it washes very well. Moreover, I can add some extra clothes in the middle of the cycle. Very worth every pound! Thank you

So much quieter than my old machine. Love the ability to add in washing once the wash has started, no more leaving odd socks behind!

Only has machine 18 months and has broken down twice. After sales service is poor having to wait nearly 2 weeks for repair, this will be our last samsung washing machine.
