Only has machine 18 months and has broken down twice. After sales service is poor having to wait nearly 2 weeks for repair, this will be our last samsung washing machine.

Being a Geek a smart washing machine was highly deireable. It’s actually proved even more useful than I thought, it’s Apple Watch notifications has made me know when the previous load has completed so I know when I need to reload. It does software updated automatically leading to subtle changes and AI usage. I absolutely love it

Lovely machine, very quiet even when spinning. Easy to clean filter and easy access too. Love the ‘add to’ feature, perfect for when you’ve dropped the odd sock or pair of pants!_x000D_
Also like that it’s connected to my phone, so I can see where it is during the program._x000D_
Would recommend this machine for anyone with 2-3 people to wash for.

It's definately economic as my smart meter is never in the red when using this machine. It's very quiet and cleans a variety of clothes really well. We received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing. This machine is simple for a man to use. Mum showed me once how to use it and can now manage on my own. I have only used mixed load at 30 degrees with all washing coming out nice and clean. I personally don't like the tune at the end, its very annoying. The Add wash drawer is useful, always an odd sock I lose on the stairs to go in. The machine takes longer than the old one, but that probably accounts for the better wash.
