I am so far very happy with my Samsung washing machine (especially the little jingle at the end of the cycle). It is working well and is quite especially as we have an open plan kitchen. The door was a bit difficult to open the first time and the manual was inside the drum but once we worked that out it was easy to install and operate.

I'm super-happy with this washing machine, and with the support I received from Samsung when I struggled to install it. Their call-centre with video support is amazing, and a technician arrived the next day to help me figure things out. The problems were all me and not the machine ;-)
My only comment is that the supplied water inlet pipe is very short - I'm glad I had my old one available still. The plug cord could also be longer - just things to bear in mind depending on the logistics of w...

The Machine vibrates aggressively even when well balanced.
