Some washing programmes, however, are excessively long.

The "smart" features are cool with the machine sending you a message when the washing is done. But it's the obvious things that make this the best washing machine we've ever had. Like the fact that it adds the detergent automatically saving time and fuss. And when you notice just after pressing the start button that you dropped a sock on the floor as you were loading . . . you can just pop it in the little door on the front._x000D_
Oh and it plays a tune at the end as well.

My previous Bosh washing machine broke down after 4 years. I feel much more confident with Samsung, having a manufacturer’s parts and labour warranty that lasts for 5 years. They really trust their products!

Fantastic machine, I am so happy with the quality of this product and the excellent customer service from Makro when purchasing online. I love that it has the smart connect app as well. It was easy to install as well.

Love my new Samsung machine, not had it for long but no issues so far, feels like a luxury product and like the little features like addwash and digital display!

I got this on sale! yay for me. Ok so I am not really sure how it supposed to work. But it works well. I absolutely love it. I think my only problem is that I have to use a lot of fabric softener, for some reason my washed clothes smell stuffy. Its a really weird smell. My clothing smell like they have been in the laundry for hours when in reality after a wash I remove them from the washing machine. But

So far so good, delivered yesterday, it's so quiet, excellent results so far, sits well at the side of our Samsung American Fridge Freezer.

I love the product so far! Energy rating is a plus! However, I paid for premium installation with the hope of using the appliance on the day. Installer said our sink disposal is old so pipe will not fit and we needed an adaptor which isn't supplied by Samsung. He said we can buy it in any plumbing store. Only to find out that they only needed to cut the pipe and that would have solved the issue. Waste of "PREMIUM" installation fee. They were nice though.

Quiet, Perform Well, Lots of Capacity, Convenient controls, A rated efficiency, Well designed.

The Smart Things functions are USELESS and NOT AS ADVERTISED. You cannot start a wash or perform anything from the app other than recommend program for next wash but not start it and be notified when a wash is done. USELESS.
