I know appliances can last a few years, but the difference in this product is amazing. Its like night and day. Programs that really meet your needs, extremely quiet and very solidly built. The build quality of these appliances is already well known but they seem to keep improving. With the add to wash door, no more single socks being missed!

This is possibly the worst item I’ve bought in my life I’ve had nothing but problems with this. It’s always leaving on my kitchen floor it never dries properly and the worst part about it Samsung service are absolute *** like it’s terrible service so I’ve been out off buying Samsung and would never buy any Samsung product ever dies to this experience and I suggest you all

We had a previous samsung washer dryer, however found that our clothes never came out fully dry. So far since using this machine our clothes following a dry cycle are dry enough to put away. Nice quiet machine and easy to use.

Feels like The washer drum needs to be diagnostic adjusted before each wash. All we get is a loud knocking and whining noise coming from it. It works but we feel its drum is off balance. The dryer part works perfectly, silent as it should be. And clothes are dry each time.

I recently purchased the washer / dryer and I love it. When doing my laundry I select my washing cycle and adjust the spinning speed, I select my dry option for 60 - 90 minutes and it always comes out dry. It does take longer to dry if you over fill the washer, but there is a drying level inside the machine that indicates where to fill for drying. The app indicates how much electricity is used for each cycle which is great. Bubble soak is amazing as it removes all stains which normal washing ...

We love EVERYTHING about this beautiful machine. Its black colour matches with our new kitchen, its quite feature and add wash feature is just out of the world. Highly recommended
