I bought these about three months ago, and by the end of the first month the right earbud stopped working. I called Samsung and they claimed that all features were working on their end so there wasn't anything to be done. Luckily, the bud started working again so I figured that I'd probably disturbed a touchpoint, only for the left bud to follow suit and now they are barely audible.

Its not just they fit terribly in your ears i got a faulty one where one of them has a hissing sound when ANC activated. I think enough is enough with samsung.

Bought these as soon as they came out and am so happy with the purchase. They sound incredible, the AI features work a lot faster than what I thought they would be (and are intuitive to use, even if I do seem a bit weird talking to myself in public), and they hold battery charge for a good 4-5 hours of music playback. Only need to charge them once or twice a day, depending how much music I listen to and how many meetings I attend.

The buds are terrible. They never fit properly and feels like they are going to fall off. No silicone to assist with grip. Almost feels like the design has gone backwards. I would rather use my buds 2 instead. Even as old as they are, they are much better to use. Not worth the buy. Since I've got them I can't I've used them twice. Because I hardly use them I haven't been able to assess all the other feature.

I thought Z Fold 3 was the best, since I never went wrong with it, until I lost it through robbery, otherwise I would not ever want to part with it. Here comes Z Fold 6,I'm speechless!
