I got my watch 2 weeks ago since I started using the galaxy fit 3 step counter does not update correctly to the Samsung health app on more than one occasion I have lost steps when syncing with Samsung health app.

Firstly the screen is way better quality than my Samsung A23. The aluminium body definitely makes it feel like a watch and not a toy.
The fitness tracking for my uses is seamless, it can tell when I'm running or when I'm on my bicycle.

The phone and watch are tied together in the step counter so that means if your watch says 15K steps and your phone says 1K steps then the steps sync to the phone as a default and it becomes 1K.
