I bought this phone 3 week ago and I have to say it's a beast!!! I absolutely love my 24 ultra and it for sure turns heads wherever I go. Absolutely in love with it.

The phone is absolutely beautiful, I am still learning how to use it to it's full potential. However the colours are a bit off, and the battery life is not that long. But other than that the phone is spectacular

The display is washed out. Colors are not vivid even when on full brightness. Very disappointing. Samsung has not delivered with this model. Way overpriced.

I'd give this phone 5 stars if it weren't for the S-Pen malfunctioning 7 months into use. It's an integral and loved feature of these phones but I'm told it's an "accessory" so only has a 6 month warranty. It's not listed here as an accessory but for the purposes of the warranty, that's what it's labelled.
I'm curtly told I must go to the service center (nearly and hour's drive from here) where I must leave my precious phone (not just the "accessory") so it can be repaired...
