Only 5m old, no sound… And poor warranty support systems in place to get it replaced…. No service centres locally

I received this sound bar as a prsent a month ago. Whilst I can get the sound through the sound bar, the sound bar display will not work.. I took the sound bar back to the store and they tested it and the display operated. In addition the Sub - Woofer connected at first but has now dropped out and despite following all the trouble shooting instructions I can not get it to re-connect. With no sound bar display it is also impossible to alter any of the settings,.

We connected our new soundbar recently - wow what a difference. We're in our 60's and it gave us such a pure sound

Awesome soundbar, a definite entertainment level up. I just wished they sold the rear speaker set to take it to the next level. Samsung please stock the SWA-9200S rear speakers to make it a true surround sound experience.

Just bought 2 of these as an upgrade from my original 2.1 Samsung sound bar. Unreal quality and value!

The sound bar and subwoofer, for their size put out a fantastic sound and connect seamlessly with our newly purchased Samsung 65” TV. Really happy with our purchase and happy that the tv remote is able to connect to and control the sound system. Extremely happy and will definitely purchase Samsung again.

Bought this a few days ago and sound quality and Spatial Audio is honestly amazing , really adds to the movie night experience , and found it great for playing music as well , would highly recommend
