Poor documentation
The air fryer arrived with very poor instructions as to its use. I had to go onto You Tube for help. The unit is basic, but at the price I am not complaining. The timer is irritating in that one cannot decrease time. I have, however, managed to make some tasty meals/ Things will improve as I go along.

Works perfectly
This is very good and it’s still working perfectly. I manage to operate it without a problem I would definitely recommend it to someone to buy as well. I love it and I would buy it again if given another chance. The price is also very reasonable and fair. I use it every week.

Silvercrest Airfryer 6L
My 2nd purchase of the exact same Airfryer, both through Makro after purchasing a knock-off version at Takealot. I am very happy with this purchase and the delivery was quick both times. The 1st fryer I have for almost a year, the 2nd fryer was a gift for my mom.
