Terrific
I have been using SNOWFLAKE CAKE FLOUR for the past 10yrs of my baking business. It is indeed too fresh to flop. I have tried other products but none of them can be compared to SNOWFLAKE brand when it comes to Scones, Muffins and biscuits. My scones are always fluffy and soft. The best brand ever.

I appreciate the ease of online purchase, unfortunately the bag was damaged and and covered with cling wrap. When I opened it the was hard clots of flour and clots stuck on the bag where it was brokenI had to sift 10kg of flour can it needed it urgently and did not have transport to return quickly.

Good product for your family and business
