The experience was pleasant and I had no hurdles. I ordered 5x 5 litre bottles and the 4 came in a box as I requested it, and the one was cling wrapped. The pick up was professional and felt like a separate store process from instore - really liked this.

This is the best water you will ever drink. Contains natural minerals that should be in all water. Bottled in Germany in the Vulkan Eifel at the source. Delish! I really wish the extra-large glass bottle was more affordable because I would much rather buy those. So good. You will not be disappointed.
