Sturdy and easy to use, but damaged
The ladder is sturdy and even when extended it doesn't curve like some do. Only complaint is that 2 rungs are dented so will most likely exchange. So bad handling of product at Makro.

Danged on delivery.
Ladder it self works fine. But received a damaged unit, exchanging the ladder was hassle free. But the new one I received today was also damaged. Assuming their on special because of this.
