Bought the unit in April, used 3 time only, took it to Makro for repairs on the 09th of September, after numerous follow up received the unit back in November only. Halfway cutting my lawn, the machine stop again, went in today for a refund as I explained previously if the machine stops again, I don't want it repaired. so no help from Makro as the 1st person assisted me, 2nd person seemed to be in her own world. I have sent emails with no response. very bad customer experience.

I bought this mower on Saturday and was very worried because of the negative reviews on this site. On arrival my worry heightened when I realized how small it really is, the fact that it is an all plastic construction didn't help much either. To my surprise it did an excellent job against an over grown garden that would have put a strain on normal sized mowers with stronger motors.
The things to remember here are
1) It only has a 32cm blade which means it is best suited to small gardens or on...

The replacement head which includes the line for the edge trimmer is not easily available even from builders or other lawnmower retailers. i struggled to find it and was forced to buy another trimmer. The lawnmower itself is OK but mine lasted just over a year then the motor gave up. I have a small lawn.Was told it's an entry level model and it will be better to purchase a higher level model as it will be more cost effective long term

The lawnmower stopped working after 2 minutes and I need to go back to Makro

Great product but really small and a little bit flimsy .. the plastic is really thin . Would’ve appreciated more lines added to the box because the thread is already worn out and I’ve om,y used the trimmer once

Bad service. I got a used lawn mower and trimmer,I contacted macro several times, but no one seemed to care. I paid the ful price for second hand stuff. I will recommend takealot, they give profesional service. This was my first experience with macro, and definitely my last.

Returned to Makro Germiston. Box was incomplete. Bought another lawnmower from amakro Germiston. Please check in future all you products if oackages are complete with all parts. Customers depend on it and would to buy hassle free products. Makro must not sub-standard.

First online purchase from Makro. Trimtech mower and trimmer combo should not be called "mower" at all. It's made entirely of plastic and is extremely small. Would suggest better description of products so that buyers are not dissapointed when their purchases arrive.

Makro should stop selling this toy of a produuct. Even a hair clipper can do a better job. The moment I switched it on it was off for good. Received the machine on the 03rd by the 5th it was a return product. I wouldn't encourage anyone to buy it unless you buying a toy for your kids.. extremely disappointed with trimtech for producing such.
