Excellent. They're quite heavy. You can just do a lot of workouts with it.

They're excellent, they're even better with an EZ bar.

They look and feel heavier than other 5kg plates I know. I recommend buying them for your dumbbell, but they're perfect for a lot of exercises from using them with an EZ bar, straight bar to using them alone for some forearm exercises.
