In that low-mid price range (Jameson, TD, Ballantines, JW red or Chivas regal) I do like the taste… it is smooth and easy to drink. Initial sharp, fiery hit smoothes out and softens. Decent with both sipping and mixing qualities.

I really enjoyed this one. Smooth, sweet and full of flavour, definitly one of the nicest whiskey's I've tasted, not peaty but more fruity. Not mich of an afterburner either which is normally My biggest barrier.

I got this bottle out at a gathering and everyone really enjoyed tasting it. It tasted amazingly high quality and got great reviews from everyone. Will definitely be buying as a staple from now on and it even makes a lovely gift for anyone

I bought a bottle of this whiskey a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. I don't drink that often but do enjoy a whiskey every now and again, and will be making this my new go to drink

I do like my whisky, but usually only choose single malt when drinking straight. This really suprised me, it's works great as a mixer, but even better straight! It's so smooth, and has a very nice taste profile. _x000D_

I've never really been a fan of whiskey in the past as I have often found the taste too bitter. I found this bottle a little sweeter and much better for drinking it straight which I prefer. _x000D_

I drink my whisky straight with ice and was really surprised how hard this hit me.. I have been drinking scotch whiskey for 35 years.. I moved over to Irish whisky trying Jaimeson about a year ago and got hooked..thought I'd try something different. This is as good..not as smooth but certainly hits you as hard.. if not harder just my thoughts

Not a massive whisky drinker mainly use in sauces when cooking tryed a glass and it's a wonderful drop will definitely be having a few glasses when the dinner is being prepared for the price it's a bargain

This is a nice enough whiskey. It has a reasonable smell and is smooth enough it just isn't an amazing whiskey. I would say to have if you wanted a cheap bottle. I guess for a blended whiskey it's ok.
