Nor long lasting
Our thermometer needed a new battery and it now doesn't work. Tried two new batteries. Seems others have the same experience in that this product has a good amount of issues

Didn't last long
We've been using this thermometer for only about 4 months when the readout became nonsensical. Assuming it needed a new battery, I replaced it, but the readout didn't improve.

Disappointing
I bought this over Christmas and it was our favorite kitchen tool until it suddenly stopped working. I replaced the battery and still no luck. very disappointing!

Half display digital thermometer
Bought April 2021 and Dec 2022 I only have half a display, changed the battery but no diff. Unable to find how to get warranty service on this.

Not able to replace battery
The thermometer worked well but I can't seem to get the screw out of the back to replace the battery. I have tried and the screw won't come out and I have stripped it and now I won't be able to remove it. This is disappointing as I liked the auto off feature but if I can't replace the battery, it's useless to me.

Good until!
I bought this and have loved using it until the screen started to not stay on. I thought it was the battery going low so I changed it. Now it won’t do anything. I even tried putting in the old batteries and still nothing.

Stopped working
Was very happy with the performance of this product and recommended it to some friends who were new to grilling and smoking. Unfortunately I went to use it and it wouldn’t turn on. No biggie I’ll just change the battery. I changed the battery and it still won’t turn on. Bummed out that a Weber name brand product crapped out after a few uses.

Worked for about 10 seconds then stopped
Just purchased this, opened the packet and removed the plastic battery tab as per the instructions. Stuck it into the meat, temp went up then screen went blank.... Won't turn back on. What a piece of garbage.

Works but not for long
We got one and it did the job for a couple of months. Now the grilling season is starting again and the display is faint suggesting a new battery may be needed. But the little screw is impossible to move, even with three different screwdrivers.
