My smoker is sturdy, easy to operate, consistent & easy to clean.

I purchased this to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving and it came out awesome. Since then I used it 3 other times to smoke salmon, chicken and pork. I’m still playing with the cooking time, but I love the size, large access door, and the vents that allows me to keep a very steady heat flow

Plenty of room on on the 18” for me. I was able to cook 3 medium racks of baby backs on the top rack while on the bottom rack I smoked 2 spatchcocked chickens and a small pork butt. I was able to stick 250 once I got the vents dialed in. Everything cooked evenly with the right amount of smoke.

I'm still dialing it in, but this thing is rock solid and easy to hold a temp once you get there. I'm not sure why I waited so long to snag one.

Got this for my birthday. It was easy to assemble. Seems well built. So far I have done chicken, pork butt and a brisket flat. They all came out well.

I’m getting the hang of things faster than I thought and things taste really good.

The smoker works like I expected. Two issues:
1. When there is no breeze, temperature is a little hard to maintain.
2. The door seems a little filmsy.

This is my first smoker. The experience using this smoker has been frustrating. I do expect it will get better as I learn to deal with the limitations.
The grill size barely fits 2 racks of ribs. I used a rack to stand them on edge. During the 2nd stage some lost liquids. Yes, I knew the 18’ size prior to purchase. Just didn’t know how the ribs would fit.

A little bit of work, but more than worth it. I have done ribs, chicken, pork, and beef in the last month and I love it. It does take a while to get to the end product. I think I will be smoking my Thanksgiving turkey in the smoker.

Smoker is heavy (good thing) and seems to have quality materials. Since it is heavy, side handles would have been nice. Also would have liked the bottom grate to be higher off the water pan. Biggest issue is with the company itself. My smoker had been sitting on a shelf for two years before I bought it new.
