Works great
I bought this about 6 months ago for my Xbox One and I am very happy with it. Just plug the USB in and it's ready.

Did'nt work
Would not copy all of my PDFs. 7 files out of 100 did not get saved. Customer service could not solve the mystery and developed an attitude. Deleted all of the memory and returned it to the store. What good is an external hard drive if you have to monitor it to be sure it is saving everything? I'm now trying a Seagate product. Wish me luck.

Less then expected
I am unable to do anything with this item. And to make matters worse the user manual is listed in symbols which I take to be either Chinese or Japanese. I cannot find any way to change it. I only read the English language.

Holds 2 TB but is about the size of a pack of cards. Awesome speed and backup. You need this.

Very good
Very good to store my data. You can use it with Mac. You do get only about 1.81TB but besides that it's a very great item for the price. I looked at this item on Best Buy and it was at least forty dollars more.
