Thrilled with product, except that it only comes with 5 pipes. The pipes are not universal but a twist and lock systems, which is great, but additional pipes are pricey which in my case made it ± R1000 extra on top of the purchase price.

I have only been using this product for 6 weeks now. It gets stuck at random places around the pool. Then as it got stuck one day the outer extension got shaved through and stopped working. I contacted their RMA dept, and was advised to buy a new outer extension as this is NOT covered in their warranty. I find this unacceptable as I have only been using it for 6 weeks! Price looks good. But like all things in life you get what you pay for.

I bought this zodiac pacer earlier this month(September 2024) and it is defective. After a few minutes of working it just stops working altogether. The filter sand was changed, the leaf catches in the weir and pump were empty - yet it still stops working.
