This unit works great...is as advertised; however, it is recommended that there still be hot batteries in the unit to preserve memory when the transformer is unplugged, as there is no battery or other internal memory save feature other than the 6 AA installed batteries.

one of the tabs to receive battery power was damaged. The cord had been lost. your website was easy to use by looking up this older style model to find the exact replacement cord.

Purchased this for my new Brother P-Touch PT-D210 Label Maker which I purchased on Ebay. Didn't want to go with the cheap generic power adapters because you get what you pay for and they can damage your label maker. This Brother AD24 AC adapter is designed for my label maker and it's worth the price. I no longer need to buy batteries.... Yea! So stay away from the cheap knock-offs, spend a few bucks more and enjoy using your Brother Label Maker like I am!
