The product was delivered the very next day after ordering. Well done on that score, Makro! Unfortunately, the ball was dropped by the delivery person, who was impatient and demanding. How about sending your delivery persons for training on customer service, Makro! As for the heater, it is early days, but it seems to be working efficiently.

Awesome product, although the third panel doesn't heat the same way as others. I need to blow a bit for it to catch.

Takes awhile to light, then switches off after about 2 hours of use and then cannot get it light again.

The starter gives some trouble when switching on the heater

I bought this Cadac 3 panel gas heater on Saturday and it was delivered on Sunday. It was bought to replace a Russell Hobbs heater that I was having problems with. This Cadac is by far the best 3 panel has heater I’ve ever had. I have had Alva, DeLonghi and Russell Hobbs. It works perfectly and is completely silent but it is the build quality that is so impressive especially at this price. It far exceeds the Russell Hobbs in build quality and costs half as much.
