Bad carpet cleaner the pump keeps on blocking. I’m not impressed for such a big company

Bought it at Macro. Vacumes great, but I only used it once to wash. Second wash it wouldn't spray. I took it to Verimark. They fixed the motor and sold me another spray pipe. I didn't use it to wash right away, but when I wanted to wash my carprts, it still wouldn't spray. Now I will have to take it back again.
