    The ink is great

    I have no problem with the ink quality. My problem is the delivery time and notification process. I purchased the four cartridges for my printer. One was empty and two was low. After installing the empty cartridge, I got a notification that one of the low cartridge was damaged. I'm glad I purchased the other cartridges or I would had to make another order. I am very disappointed.

    Good Quality

    I have never had any quality issues with any HP ink cartridges. They are reliable and consistent in performance. I just feel the cost is too high.
