This toner is very good. The copies come out sharp and clear. My only complaint is the odor, I have asthma and it's a bit stinky. I'll get over it though, as it works good.

Instructions were clear and made the ink super easy to install. The ability to return for recycling with a pre-printed shipping label was a plus.

With the online discounts I get by watching the sales, Walmart's price beat everyone in town and the product came to my door without extra shipping fees. I can't think of an easier way to receive replacement parts in a rural area than by using this site and taking advantage of door to door service for free!

Item had arrived 1 day earlier than scheduled delivery date. Product works well out of box, but ink is slightly dark gray instead of black , not as the good as the one that came with the new printer.

I really appreciate the quality of HP inks and especially this laser toner. I do legal documents and they always come out sharp, clean and smudgeproof.

The HP 85A Laser Jet Toner Cartridge is already showing insufficient ink in the cartridge. I don't do a lot of printing. I'm retired and at home and maybe print 2 pages a day on average. I have not had this cartridge for a long time and it certainly should print longer than this. I've removed the cartridge twice to bend it side to side and back and forth to get a full page of ink versus striped 'white' areas. This should not be happening.
