Works exactly like you'd expect. Would be nice if it had volume control on the cord, but that's not a big deal

First attraction was the USB connection versus a headphone jack. Resolved our Webex meetings problems of people's voices crackling or sounding like they were in a tunnel. Clear audio and comfortable -didnt make ears sweat. The whole team bought one. great value

Fixed my laptops sound issues
I had a problem with my laptops sound, first the microphone, then the speaker-microphone port. Got this headset to see if the USB connection would work. Not only did it work, but somehow it persuaded the laptop to find the internal microphone and recognize the headset.
